Bill joined Knightsbridge as a Principal in 1998. He has responsibility for investor relations and business development activities.

Prior to joining Knightsbridge, Bill was a sector head for commodity clients at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and a Director of commodity trade finance at Swiss Bank Corporation. At both Dresdner and Swiss Bank, Bill managed the worldwide relationships with major agribusiness clients. He began his career at the Chase Manhattan Bank. From 1971 to 1992, he held a number of management and marketing positions at Chase and Chase's merchant bank affiliate, Orion Bank, in New York, London and Hong Kong. While in the UK, he served as the chief spokesman for the American Bankers Association on major export programs in negotiations with the Bank of England, the UK Treasury, and the Export Credits Guarantee Department. Bill has a BA in political science from California State University, Long Beach; a bachelor of international management from the American Graduate School of International Management; and an MA in political science from the University of Colorado.
