Rich joined Knightsbridge in March 1995. He is currently responsible for the execution of the post-venture program. As Principal and Director of Research, he has responsibility for investment research and quantitative analysis on both the venture and post-venture fronts.

Rich's knowledge of public markets has made him Knightsbridge's internal expert on the venture 'endgame': exits achieved either through IPOs or M&A transactions. His original exposure to financial analysis was as a licensed registered representative for two retail brokerages between 1984 and 1989. From 1987 to 1989, he served as Branch Manager for Marketrac Investment Services. Prior to joining Knightsbridge, Rich was a Regional Marketing Manager for a national health insurance company and an Adjunct Instructor of Economics at Tulsa Community College.

Rich received an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Economics and Finance from the University of Nebraska.

Rich's interests include sports, especially water-related activities. He also enjoys antique automobiles, particularly 1950-1970 American, high performance muscle cars.
